From the above it is clear that content was taken directly from my site, I am the only author of my site, there is also content taken from the Rifle Hunting, photographic page, accommodation and booking conditions pages from my site, the NAPHA logo is a clear example as you can clearly see that I had to cut the logo with a pair of scissors and then scan, I am the only site that have the logo with uneven edging.
I check with archive.org and the last update on my site for this year was:
06 February 2007 and 02 May 2007, the englebrechtsafaris.com site only came up after no action since 2004 as the first update being 12 May and 30 June 2007.
I need to contact the person who was responsible for the content on the engelbrechtsafaris.com site personally, if you can please forward me the contact details. The site needs to be removed and all content relating to my site removed or I will be forced to get the site black listed by the search engines.
It clearly states at the bottom of every page on my site
Text and Images © Vieranas Safaris. All Rights Reserved.
Please we need to get this resolved as soon as possible.
