• Receipt of a deposit equal to 50% of the total package day fees confirms your booking and reserves your chosen hunt dates. Bank charges and currency fees will be payable by the Hunter.
• The remainder of the daily fees will be payable 30 days prior to your arrival and hunt in Namibia.
• Daily Hunt fees are calculated per night spent in camp.
• A minimum of seven actual hunting days is required to book your hunt plus two additional days for arrival and departure road travel.
• In the unfortunate case of a cancellation in less than 6 months prior to your hunt, 50% of the whole package rate will be non-refundable, unless the safari can be re-booked at a later date.
• Trophy fees for animals harvested, side trips and personal expenses incurred during the hunt will be payable in full on the last day of the hunt.
• We accept travellers cheques and / or cash in US$ / Euro / ZAR for payment.
• All animals wounded and not found are accepted as taken and therefore paid in full, evidence of this will be demonstrated to the hunter by visual blood signs and the PH's decision in the bush is final.
• Since we incur expenses in advance of the Safari, based on the calendar days and total number of days booked, no refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
